Please read the terms and the privacy policy of the DOPA Doctors Own Prep Academy LLP Institute with respect to registration with us.
- Signing up on the website does not guarantee admission to any course. Unless you sign up on the courses eligible for you.
- Admissions and allocation of students to different courses and centres are based purely on merit
- It is obligatory for the applicant to provide the correct personal and contact details.
- The student must update the details in case of any change to the office
- An incomplete form will be rejected. And the instance of duplicate registration or registering with false information can lead to disqualification.
- It is mandatory to attach the photocopy of a self-attested mark-sheet of class X/XI/XII and affix a recent passport size colour photograph along with the admission form.
- Always ensure to contact the institute through the registered email or phone number referring to the correct Student ID.
- Make fee payment via internet banking or can be made either in cash at the office
- If its internet banking screenshot is mandatory
- After depositing money towards registration, if a student due to any reason whatsoever wants to take his/her money back after the enrollment, the institute will not refund or adjust the money deposited towards the Registration fee/ Admission fee. - You have to specify the address for the study materials( question bank and tab) provided by the institution. All the required things shall be delivered directly to the address as specified
- Under any circumstances whatsoever, change the address after the order is processed. Any inconsistencies in name or address will result in the non-delivery of the DOPA question banks and Tab
- Kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If the student observes that the package is damaged or tempered, he or she must not accept the delivery and inform at the DOPA office
- In order to improve the quality of classes provided to students act upon feedback
- Parents and guardians can approach the reception, with their queries.
- The institute reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions.
- DOPA will not refund for short courses including DOPA capsule
- Change in course from DOPA doesn’t affect fee structure
